Fitness Recovery

Cancer and its treatments can change your body in ways that make returning to “normal” feel unfamiliar—or even impossible. Fatigue, weakness, pain, weight changes, hormonal shifts, and loss of confidence can all affect how you move, eat, and care for yourself. Recovery is not about bouncing back; it’s about moving forward in a way that honors where your body is now.

Through cancer coaching focused on fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition, I provide individualized, evidence-informed support to help you safely rebuild strength, energy, and confidence. This approach is not about rigid rules or unrealistic expectations—it’s about creating sustainable habits that support healing, long-term health, and quality of life.

Support may include guidance on gradually returning to physical activity, managing cancer-related fatigue, rebuilding endurance, addressing weight and metabolic changes, and adapting movement around limitations such as neuropathy, joint pain, or lymphedema risk. We also address nutrition in a practical, realistic way—focusing on nourishment, symptom management, and dietary choices that support recovery without overwhelm or fear-based messaging.

help you navigate what is safe, what is helpful, and what may need to be adjusted based on your treatment history and current health. Together, we will create a personalized plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals—whether you are in treatment, transitioning to survivorship, or redefining wellness after cancer.

Recovery is a process. With thoughtful guidance and compassionate support, you can rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
