Side Effect Support
Cancer treatment affects far more than just the disease—it can impact your energy, comfort, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Side effects can be physical, emotional, and deeply personal, and too often they are minimized or left unaddressed. You deserve support that takes all of it seriously.

Through side effect–focused cancer coaching, I provide individualized, evidence-informed guidance to help you better understand, manage, and advocate for relief from treatment-related side effects. Whether you are newly diagnosed, actively in treatment, or adjusting to life after cancer, this support is designed to meet you where you are.

Common areas of support include fatigue, pain, nausea, neuropathy, brain fog, sleep disturbances, hormonal changes, body image concerns, and sexual health challenges. We will also address the emotional toll of side effects, including anxiety, frustration, grief, and the feeling of not being yourself anymore.
With a background as an oncology nurse practitioner, I help bridge the gap between medical care and daily life. Together, we will identify practical strategies, clarify what is “normal” versus what needs medical attention, prepare questions for your healthcare team, and create a plan that supports your quality of life—not just treatment completion.
Side effects matter. How you feel matters. Cancer coaching offers the space, time, and expertise to ensure you are supported, informed, and never navigating this alone.
